Host again here in Parndorf, right in between Bratislava and Vienna. In general enjoy life, not taking it as some sort of trauma.

ABOUT US
Hi there stranger and possible future friend!

EM is from the east of Slovakia and FIL is from the capital Bratislava. We met at the Law School. After dating for a bit (10 years) we ended up at this awesome place called Australia and decided to get married. And ever since we are having good time as Mrs. Turanova and Mr. Turan :) EM is specialising in IT law and works in Vienna, FIL is an attorney with office in Bratislava. But hey, don't worry, we ain't snobs or boring people, we love goofin' around!

EM: Very calm, artsy and positive person, definitely quieter than Fil. Also very easy going. Sleep lover!

Bit of reading: very talkative and curious person. Trying to master pans and pots as I love how some random raw stuff like a potato could turn into something superdelicious. Would like to go and try everything and anything in this world. Able to talk both about very shallow topics such as picking boogers from the nose or stupids stunts in our lives as well as serious stuff when it comes to it such as politics, environment problems, art, history etc. Beer lover.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
since FIL discovered CS, travelling has become more fun, more adventurous, more intensive, more interesting, more real.. He loves it! EM also slowly gets to understand how cool and fun it can get.

Anyway, EM says she is probably deaf :) But that generally means she can listen to anything. That'd be the same for FIL, although he enjoys mostly guitar music such as Foo Fighters, Faith No More, Weezer, Eddie Veder, Manic Street Preachers, Arctic Monkeys, First Aid Kit. But when it comes to it, depending on occasion and mood, we like different stuff and can listen pretty much to anything - music should connect us, not divide us:)

Swam with humpback whales in Tonga, visited Chernobyl power plant, lived and travelled together around Australia and survived that wedding planing :D

Teach - well besides teaching you some Slovak (and Czech) swear words, we could teach you how to cook some Slovak and Czechoslovak dishes or how to play some basic chords on guitar... Can't think of anything useful right now... Hey, but how about some law? No? Ok:D

Learn- whatever you offer, we are pretty much interested in everything
