ABOUT ME
I was born and mostly raised in Los Angeles, but prefer to say that my home is the Bay Area.
There are so many places around the world I dream of traveling to, but for now I am trying to save money and find out what I am passionate about. I found a job at a Japanese Immersion After School Program a year ago, and I simply fell in love. I always thought I wanted to find a job using my Japanese, and my love for kids, and so I am very content with this job right now and am excited to see where this road will take me.
PHILOSOPHY
Everything happens for a reason. Even if you cannot see the purpose at the moment, time will reveal the reason.
If we are lucky enough to be on this website, it means we are very privileged people who should not complain about our lives. It is inevitable that we will all complain (a lot), but it is of vital importance that we take a moment every once in a while to realize how great we have it. It is truly amazing to be alive and well. I need to remind myself of this as often as possible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was amazed when a random older lady at Daiso took me to another station to help me find bedding for my dorm room, communicating to the salespeople in Japanese for me, continued to treat me for coffee, and brought me back to the original station where we met. The nicest thing anyone has ever done for me.
Fujikyu Highland (Japanese amusement park) was also amazing, being so close to Fuji San, going through the Haunted House, everything was amazing!!
