About Me
ABOUT ME
I am currently working on my PhD in Communication in Texas and have a Master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). Before starting my PhD program, I lived and taught English in Madrid, Spain. I am easy to get along with and always up for a good adventure!
PHILOSOPHY
Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can.
If you must look back, do so forgivingly, if you must look forward do so prayerfully, however, the wisest thing you can do is be present in the present, gratefully. (Maya Angelou)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Couchsurfing is a way for me to have raw, authentic travel experiences. We don’t have to do anything out of the ordinary for us to learn from one another, to connect with one another, and make the world a little bit better place.
Interests
Almost everything has an element of interest to me! Currently, I study Communication but I also particularly love art, books, discussing cultural issues, and philosophy. I love a good glass of wine. Sports are an essential part of my life as well. I compete in triathlons, play soccer, and dabble in rock climbing and boxing.
99% of my social life is hanging out with my amazing dog, Paolo.
