ABOUT ME

I am easy going, open minded, respectful, gentle, quiet but i can be talkative!
I grew up in São Paulo, Brazil and now I'm living in this wonderful city called Montreal.
I'm a tattoo, food and specially a dog lover.
I used to have one, who I consider my son, but unfortunately he passed away in 2012, before he came to Montreal.
I still freaking miss him.

In Brazil, I used to own a restaurant, the main idea was to be the head chef, but as I was by myself, I had to take care of the administration.

Here in Montreal, I started to work as a cooker in a fancy (and very good) bistro but I quit to study french.

Brazil in my point of view:

It's an amazing country to visit. We have very beautiful beaches, canyons, mountains, rivers, etc...
But, you have to know when and how to walk around to not to be stolen.
If you are a gourmet or a gourmand, you must visit the city of São Paulo, otherwise, go to north-east.

I always say to my friends I was born in the wrong country. I don't like Brazil`s weather (dry, warm/hot [?]), i don't like going to the beach, I don't like almost all Brazilian music like samba, axé, pagode, sertanejo. And soccer.

The things I like is snow, hockey, jazz, blues, cold weather...

So I think I finally found my city: Montreal :)
I know it is kind a soon to say it because I'm here since January 12, but even the summer here is nice! We have a lot of festivals, all parks get crowded and the humidity is not low.

I'm vegetarian since October 2011, but I stopped eating meat in 2004. I ate chicken until 2006 and then only seafood. Now, nothing with face :)
My next step is to be vegan, but I don't know if I'll capable because I love cheese.
