ABOUT ME

I find it hard to talk about myself but here it goes:
I think I am a very easy-going person. I try to be nice to people, I love making people laughing and I always welcome people with a smile.
I love many different outdoors sports. I love biking around new places and cities and I do love hiking and trekking. I am no expert, but I have fun going for walks, treks or hikes. I also love diving and I hope I can start diving more often soon.
I love going to the beach whenever I can, for a dive, a nap, a snack or to spend the night with friends or alone.
I enjoy food very much, both cooking and eating.
I also love beer and wine. Sometimes there is no better museum or sightseeing in a city that an old cossy place to drink a beer while watching people.

PHILOSOPHY

I like smiling to people and saying hello to strangers that look at me on the street. Sometimes it is very easy to bring some light and happiness into this world.
My philosophy is: "Do not do bad, and you may not become bad. Do good, and you may become good".
In order to feel happy (/free, /comfortable, /welcome), there is no other choice that to make people around you feel happy (/free, /comfortable, /welcome).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am happy to be a good positive member of this great organization called "the world" and couch surfing proves to be a great means to meet nice friends I never met before.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have friends that have been hosting surfers and surfing couches for many years, and I have been hanging-out with their surfers.
Now it is time for me to build my own surfers network.

Interests

I like biking, trekking, hiking, diving,playing basketball, etc..... I usually go for short treks or bike tours with my friends or on my own.
I love to stop somewhere in a forest or the peak of a mountain to eat my "trekking sandwich". It just tastes so much better. I like music, and I hope to learn to play drums. I wish I was gifted for music instruments like saxophone or trumpet, but I just know a bit about rhythm. I like travelling and I love discovering food and beverages related to the cultures of places I visit.
I like cooking too but I never follow recipes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am not as great a reader as I would like to be.
I like all kinds of music, but I always play same old stuff (from classical, rock, punk, meditation, reggae, etc.), but I am no expert, so I prefer to listen to the radio or other people's selections.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I paid my first year in University thanks to a great summer in Ibiza. I went there with my car looking for a job, but the season was still low. I met by chance a couple of guys and we became great friends. They were selling hand-craft goods that they did on their own. I just helped them to sell and we went around the island together. I ended up finding a job in a very fancy chill-out restaurant during the day, and hanging around with squatters, clowns, musicians and street-artist the rest of the day.
I had great fun, met great people, spent almost nothing, enjoyed great techno and alternative beach parties and got money enough for my first year in university.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everybody has something to teach and something to learn.
I like all kinds of people, mostly humble people.
I do enjoy people who likes to have fun and like laughing. Smiles and laughs are the fuel that power my shoes.
