CURRENT MISSION

To Live Life and be happy. To discover and explore my own city more as well as travel more on roadtips to the United States by car or plane. Looking to meet new people and be a great host to my surrounding community. It's a great place to travel and visit.

ABOUT ME I work for Lufthansa in Canada so I need to sneak away with my benefits and airline discount. Happy go lucky guy. Single and out of a 23 year marriage.

Currently in-between places. & renting a basement apartment. When I settle, I would love to host travelers to my city. I'm presently working on building a Tiny House that will be located just outside of Toronto when it's completed. The Tinyhouse has a loft so I can have surfers visit. I had a great time with my last couchsurfer that crashed at my place.

Current trip: Trying to scrap together a trip with my two kids (Daughter is 18 and Son is 12). I work for Lufthansa so we are flying standby so getting on a flight is tough and might get delayed a day. So booking places you might not make it for sucks ;) We are planning 16 days to visit Berlin, Lisbon, Zurich, Innsbruck and Prague. I've booked some hostels. We are just looking for a place to sleep and stay out of the way. If we don't fit on the plane we might miss the first night ;) Costs are getting high and we want to spend money on attractions in the day. I guess we have to eat a little. On my personal blog I have the details of the trip. Going to send out some requests and see what we can find. Anything is very much appreciated! You have no idea. This is a great learning experience for my kids also and I'm super excited about that.

Recently separated from my wife that I spent 23 years with that loves to spend time with my two kids. Looking to travel more and meet new people and just enjoy life. My daughter just turned 18 and my son is 12. They are a great age since they like to travel and explore also as "mini adults"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Looking forward to hosting and visiting cites. Open to helping someone plan a trip to Toronto and forward ideas and links on the internet for them to see more of the city before arriving. Open to take them out and show them around or simply guide them with some examples of things to see and do and let them go out and explore on their own. I'm renting a room at the moment while I save cash. When I get an apartment near Toronto... i will turn on my welcome sign. :)

When I got divorced... I hosted in my apartment and it was a great experience to play host to a world traveller.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a great surfer visit and it was great to take him around and show him the local scene. Just love the whole concept.
