About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To spread joy and let the weirdness happen. And to not lose my keys!

ABOUT ME

I'm pretty terrible at describing myself, so why don't we just start with the basics. I'm 24, a graduate of Colorado College, studied Drama and English Literature, a writer, love performing and ALL types of performance, and thoroughly enjoy traveling and learning about other places and cultures. I also love yoga, hiking, cycling, weight lifting, and being active outside. Parks are the best.I can do a pretty awesome impression of Kip from Napolean Dynamite. I also can sneeze on command. These are my greatest talents.I'm more interesting in person.

PHILOSOPHY

"Not all those who wander are lost." —J.R.R. Tolkein

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During the fall semester of my junior year of college, I circumnavigated 29,052.5 nautical miles around the world on a ship.

I've been published in the Washington Post.

After being waitlisted by Colorado College, my number one choice school, I wrote a haiku and was accepted.

I was held hostage by Chinese authorities for 10 hours when I was at the Great Wall of China.

Teach, Learn, Share

I do a lot of writing, most of which I'm willing to share with others. I'd love to host other writers so I can hear their stuff, too!

People who consider themselves "intellectuals" would be fun to host. Let's talk books and things. Esoteric ideas and abstract concepts are neat. Also, Feminism is awesome.

I dig yoga. Let's go to a class. Bikram is the best. If you come, you get a free week and I get $5 for referring you. Everybody wins!

I know a few chords on the ukelele. Let's jam.

I fancy a beer or two. Let's knock a few down.

If you enjoy the outdoors, let's go for a hike.

Tell me about your home and what it's like there. This world of ours is one amazing place.

Lastly, and probably most importantly, if you surf on a Tuesday, you might get free tacos. Just saying.

I want to meet everybody!
