ABOUT ME

I'm Anna. I love books, flowers, writing, travelling, good conversations, sarcasm, coffee and adventures.
It's pretty hard for me to describe myself, because I never really know what to say about me. It will probably take me an eternity to fill out my profile, but I have enough time.
Anyway, I grew up in a pretty boring town in Bavaria/ Germany and I always wanted to go away. Far away.
This year in summer I finally graduated from school and flew to Canada to work and live there for a year. After I had travelled to Vancouver and some parts of Vancouver Island, there I had worked on a blueberry farm, I decided to work as an au-pair in Cranbrook for the first 4 months of my stay. Anyhow after I'm done here I really wanna seize the day. This may sound trite, but I really want to enjoy every single day of this trip, meet new people and have fun. I wanna see the northern lights so badly!
What else could I tell you about me? I'm impossibly indecisive and clumsy. Sometimes I am a perfectionist, sometimes I'm the laziest human being on earth.

PHILOSOPHY

I, personally think that every experience, it doesn't matter how trivial, boring or crappy it may seem, makes you stronger and offers you a chance to learn about yourself and life.

I haven't participated yet. But I hope I will surf some couches during my time in Canada. Back home I'd love to offer my couch to other surfers from all over the world!

Interests

I really enjoy writing and sewing, though I can't claim that I am particulary good at either one. I just do it for fun. I'm also interested in sociology (which I wanna study later), history, reading and independent movies.

I don't think that I have any special talents or skills.
But I could teach you how to play Canasta, I've taught it to more than five people and they all love it ;-)
