About Me

ABOUT ME

Hi, if you are traveling and really look the part, and you are reasonably photogenic, let me know. I'm a commercial / travel / lifestyle photographer that is interested in documenting the unique breed of travellers that make their way to the fine city of Vancouver. Not only is it free of charge but I'm offering a small payment for your participation ($20/hour) and will also give you copies of the photos for your own personal use. Let me know if this interests you, and I can get you more details. In the meantime, safe travels!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far so good. :)

Interests

I love learning and experiencing new things. I have a lovely 12 year old daughter (so it's hard to get away from Canada for long periods of time). She is starting to travel with me a bit more these days but she's still afraid of flying :) I love dogs so much and just recently adopted a little puppy and she's a sweetheart! I also love snowboarding, and being in any kind of boat or near the water. Also art and anything visual. I'm a photographer. I love travel photography and my favorite country I've ever been to is Tanzania. Oh also, I really believe in recycling, consuming less, and not eating meat or animal products.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I loved watching my daughter get up on a surfboard or learn to snowboard properly and seeing the big smile on her face. Amazing places would be East Africa, and I love Tanzania. I've climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro twice. Anywhere in BC, Canada is amazing in the summer time. Also driving through Oregon, US usually knocks my socks off. But nothing will ever beat the feeling of happiness while snowboarding in fresh powder. I don't know why.
