Unfortunately I am doing my PhD fieldwork in Naples right now and my life is too intense to host... but soon again, hopefully in Switzerland, I will have a house with a couch!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing and hitchhiking because I am a free loader and I hate spending money.

Oh there is also the ideal of living in a society where sharing and caring for each other is possible without resorting to an individualist, profit-driven, hierarchical economic system which stimulates possessiveness and envy. But mostly i'm stingy ;)

Spiritual Jazz, psychadelic rock from all over, touareg music, HIP HOP, folk, BLUES!, stoner rock, math rock, progressive rock, 60's pop... I was once a music geek but Spotify killed it for me and I got lazy.

I was also once a film geek but Mubi.com made me lazy, and I'm pretty involved in the documentary filmmaking world.

Italo Calvino is my favourite author but I promised myself I'd read more women this year.
