ABOUT ME

I have studied psychology in a classroom the past four years. I have loved every second but have now realized I should have minored in art or music.
Before I said I need to find my true calling, but through my time as a traveler I have found that my true calling is Expressive Therapy. (Don't know what it is? Ask me!=] )

I believe in the good in others. I try to be mindful as well as have peace, love and always a sense of fun.
I would like to believe that I am very open minded and respectful of others, but I believe we all can continue to find our inherent judgements or strong opinions and learn to not allow them to affect our actions. No human being is free from judgement, but noticing our reservations by learning about more then our own culture can improve our minds and our actions. Reasons why I believe traveling is so important=]

PHILOSOPHY

I live by two mottos: *immerse yourself in Beautiful experiences* & *pax amor et lepos in iocando* (peace, love and a sense of fun) < these two mottos are more then just words or surface sayings. There is a whole philosophy behind them, especially the capital B in Beautiful. It would be a manifest if i wrote it here hahah so if we have the chance to meet, please do ask me=]

But also;
I have been told that a great compliment is never change, but I feel like the only way we can ever truly be happy is if we keep changing for the better and work towards making ourselves better. But the most important thing to do is never change your inner soul.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience was the most amazing! I stayed with Kelly in den bosch and from the very moment she met us at the train station I felt like i was welcome. It was an absolute girls weekend=] From there I have loved being able to not only be a surfer but find other surfers and have a friend in any city <3

Interests

Any type of art, music, theater, dance and creativity in general.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: LOVE THEM. You name it, i'll probably watch it.

Music: Terribly addicted to electronic music right now, but the heart always yearns for new music. You'd be surprised who I have in my bank of musical interests

Books: favorite book of all time, The Last of the Very Great Whangdoodles (if you know the book, I love you.) Jonathan strange and Mr Norrell, His Dark Materials, the strange incident of the dog in the nighttime *read it in one night*

Book/plays like; Peter Pan and A Midsummer Night's Dream.

and surprisingly *even though its a pain sometimes* i have been really enjoying my grad school text books=]

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Electric Zoo in New York for a weekend. The amount of love and friendship that occurred between 20,000 complete strangers astounded me.

I had the same kind of magical experience at Mysteryland on the Woodstock '69 grounds on Memorial Day weekend of 2014. All of you 25,000 Beautiful people will always hold a place in my heart.
