ABOUT ME

I am a disabled hard working activist. I own my own business Second Wind Creatins where I do massage and bodywork, energy healing and teach people how to heal all illness holistically. I teach Spirituality using The Power of Now by Tolle and The Four Agreements by Ruiz. I also use The Tao. I am a musician, poet, Organic chef and college student. I will be atttending Jazz music school in the spring. I am a pet lover, master gardener, chef, poet, tarot card reader and Peace revolution activist. I am the Michael Moore of Vermont. I make change happen, I don't just talk about it. I am a Zen Buddhist. I like meeting people who are conscious, enlightened and funny. I am 55 but you would never know it. My energy is contageous. Be Positive. Miracles Do Happen. I am wacky and adventurous. I am also single and happy that way.

Be in the Moment. Do not assume, do not judge, be the best you can be and be impeccable with your word. NO EXPECTATIONS. Love is the answer.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I sing and play percussion. I have a Martin guitar, a Conn Alto saxophone, a piano, Hand percussion, a blues harp and my voice. I am Janis Joplin reborn. Throw in a little bit of Marilyn Monroe too. I don't do drugs and am high on life. I drink socially. Cape Codder. I am an activist for World Peace, the disabled, THE FDA.AMA, chemicals in the food and the environment.
