About Me

I'm a 23 year old student, currently living in Leipzig which is a beautiful, lively city in the east of Germany. After studying Art History i will now start studying Art Education which i am really looking forward to as i not only love art as a recipient but also as an actual producer (My new studies will offer me the opportunity to restart my creative activities such as painting, photography..)
I'm a very social person who loves beeing in good company, meeting new people and spending time with old and new friends. i also love beeing active, going out and i'm keen to try any kind of new things. I'm passionate about good food, musik, arts, literature, cinema and languages and good conversations. I also really enjoy a good wine or beer in the evening and i love good techno partys (but i'm also opened for any kind of music). I live and cook vegetarian, but i dont mind you eating whatever you want. (used to be vegan the past 6 months so i also appreciate this lifestyle)
i'd say i'm an easygoing, interested and openminded person, i dont need much and try to be as positive as possible :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started couchsurfing a couple of years ago when i had a gap year travelling new zealand and a couple of other countries. it so much helped me getting to know people and countries, offered me so many great opportunities and experiences and i met the most hospitable people you can imagine. Couchsurfing turned out for me to be the best way to travel because when i travel, i dont want to rest on the usual tourist level, i want to experience more authentical parts of the country i'm in. So after returning to germany and moving out of my parents place, i started hosting in my own appartement. although i wasnt able to host as many travelers as i wanted i shared some nice moments with my guests. now, i cant imagine travelling without couchsurfing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many things to write here. The best things i probably did were always about travels and times abroad. I had a 3 months school exchange in France (Nantes) where i discovered my absolute love for France, for the language and for french cheese.
I was backpacking through NewZealand for 8 months, living in my car.
I hitchhiked back to Cologne from Croatia, traveling through Slovenia, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.
I'll tell you more :--)
