Hi, this is me: I was born in 1969 in South-West Germany. Most of my working life I worked in the ICT field. In my free time I played badminton for a long time, but now I feel I am too slow playing badminton. I go for walks with my dog instead.

I feel very happy with my live and can say, I live after Erma Bombecks poem:
"When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, 'I used everything you gave me'."

I have been very fortunate to experience working and living for about 11 years in the Northern Territory of Australia. It was an amazing time, especially working with Indigenous Australian.

Here in Lachen, Switzerland, I am living together with my lovely, cuddly and quiet French Bulldog.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been on CS for many years before, but honestly I left, because of the introduction of the membership fees.

I am back again, as it’s not fair not providing an empty place to stay for someone who may not be able to afford his/her wishes and dreams to travel, because of financial restrictions.
