Sobre mí

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to understand the human species, and live fully

ABOUT ME

How can I describe myself in a few words? Contact me if you wanna know me...

Ok a few words: I try to fully live every moment, I like to go for anything as long as it doesn't sound boring, I am very tolerant and open minded.
On the bad side I don't like to force myself to do anything, so if I don't really like to talk or hang out with someone, I just won't do it!

PHILOSOPHY

UPDATE 12/06/2013

I don't think so much about metaphysical things anymore, I think (hope) a few years of deep questioning brought me to some conclusions which make me more unworried. For example I am not worried by the idea of dying and the lightness of being is not unbearable anymore. Philosophy (especially Nietzsche and Spinoza) and travelling helped me a lot in this perspective. Travelling helped me learning to listen to myself instead of thinking too much, and being influenced by any social pressure. It also showed me that the future and other people don't have to be feared if you believe in yourself.

BEFORE (and still true for most of it!):

Hmm that's the most difficult and important one!

I try to be me, by understanding the influence that the environment (culture, education, teachers, etc.) has on me. It is very difficult to consider it's environment with detachment, since it is what made us who we are, but I think it’s possible by working on it and by looking at other points of vue on life (from other cultures, people, etc). I think this is very important to understand the world and others, to get rid of superficial ideas that prevent you to be open-minded and happier.

All the experiences you live bring you something, so go for it!

The past doesn't exist (anymore?), so don't waste the present missing it. The future will not be what you expect it to be, so don’t waste the present trying to plan it (too much I mean, of course you have to plan some things!). So focus on the only time you are really living in: the present, and feel it! It's not as stupid as it sounds, I think being able to really live with full consciousness without being worried by meaningless things is very difficult, especially since it's not what the society expect us to do...

And I think the sense of our life on earth is to share everything we can, especially happiness, love, and knowledge, because this will have an influence on the world that will last forever even after our death, when everything that is just related to our ego will become meaningless.
