About Me

I am a person with many passions, which is why I always enjoy it when people share theirs with me and let me try them, teaching me something new.

I always feel the need inside me to go to new places to always have an open mind ready to embrace change.

When I travel, I like to try the local cuisine of the country I'm in. In this regard, I have a weakness for desserts.

For now, I haven't yet decided where I want to settle down permanently, which is why I have set myself the project of teaching in various places across Europe (and perhaps beyond), for the next ten years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I tried and realized that the usual way people travel doesn't suit me.

I need authentic experiences and to meet locals to get the best out of my travels.
I want to explore the hidden corners of cities, breathe in the sense of inclusion that a culture can offer, and I eat to fall in love with the local traditions.

Music, Movies, and Books

About Music, I do not have a genre. It's more about the mood of the moment.

Movies?? There's plenty. Amongst the last ones "Anatomie d'une chute", "Mommy", "The lighthouse"

Finally, I love mistery novels, personal growth books, and classics. However, I keep myself open. Lastly I'm reading the Despantes' works.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can't help but mention cooking. I'm not a chef, but I often receive compliments for my cooking. I enjoy sharing the preparation of dishes with people and the atmosphere of those meals with no rush, where it's just you, the food, and good company.

Given that I'm a language teacher, hoping to be a good teacher one day, and I can also share my knowledge in that regard.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm not a talkative person. I consider myself quite straightforward and not inclined to small talk.

I'm not afraid of silence; I might even say that I find it positive.
In my humble opinion, I believe that people with whom silence isn't awkward are the ones with whom you have the best relationships.

However, I have no problem in sharing my life experience if the other is interested. I'm spontaneously more inclined to question others' lives more than talk about mine.
