To chill out, work less, enjoy all kinds of people, earn enough to be happy - and collect less stuff. Currently I'm working on my spiritual guidance business, and Life coaching biz.

ABOUT ME

Hey Everyone! I'm a Life Coach and love interesting conversations. I believe in the laws of the universe and that we are all connected. I am free spirited and very spontaneous. I once traveled to India on 6 hours notice and totally surprised all my friends. I have been known to break up the occasional bar fight. I love to cook and eat good, healthy food [with good wine of course]. I love to create and be creative... and that changes form often. I have a fairly odd balance of left and right brain function.. I am creative but also highly organized! I am everyone and noone.. I am simple and complex.. I roll with the changes pretty well and try to live each day as it comes, and in the moment. I have been super blessed to have a lot of cool experiences.. 'Human' experiences.. connections with others kinda thing.

PHILOSOPHY

Just chill. Life is too short. Get over it... - and get over yourself. Love and give and be loved as much as humanly possible. Explore, innovate and forgive always. Just do it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have mainly hosted so far. I used to travel all over the world for my work, and so now very much enjoy being a 'local' Tampa gal. It is the first time in my entire life I have felt local - anywhere.I live in an awesome neighborhood with amazing people.. and many of them marvel when I appear at one of the local haunts with yet another 'stranger' from CS!

Life - Zen, Connecting with People on a deeper level, Art, Music.. esp. LIVE music. Good ole' Rock n' roll. Creating and being creative. I currently make 'stuff' out of 'shit' and that is a lot of fun. I love hanging out, going out..love the comfort of old friends [except the ones who leave you behind], and the thrill of new ones. Sometimes i love just taking off all by myself and seeing what i find. I really enjoy people... seeking out the human connection in different ways.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have met the coolest people from all over the world! We really are all the same. I have seen all the peaks of Everest from an old twin engine Cessna in Nepal. Saw the most AMAZING colorful sunset of my whole life flying from Chennai to Delhi, India.. [was facing west the whole flight]. The top of the Swiss alps and the Himalayas from an airplane was very cool.. the beautiful faces of innocent children that all crave the same things in Vietnam, India or anywhere in the world... The Cu Chi tunnels of the Vietnam war.... flown over the North Pole several times..

Deep Coaching.. Helping people see things from a new perspective by teaching them how to upgrade their questions..
Business.. starting a business and small business management, set-up and accounting. Making things out of junk.. How to be creative and use your creative mind. Marketing and promotion. Some graphic design. Drawing - I sometimes do pencil portraits of people. Cooking - I have been told I am a great cook.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer you a deep coaching conversation if you have something you would like a new perspective on.. I'm highly intuitive and empathic, so can always offer a word of advice or simply be a good listener if you have an issue you want to talk through with an objective person. Of course - being 'objective' is a perception in itself, isn't it? :-) I can cook too!!

Love connecting with people through deep discussion.. just talking and sharing ideas in a free flowing way and see where it leads. Sometimes funny, sometimes down a rabbit hole and sometimes very profound.
