ABOUT ME

I am a adventurous and fun loving person looking to experience life and all this great world has to offer. I like to meet new people, on an airplane or at the bar- interesting people are everywhere! I am 29 and moving across the country to check out a different lifestyle and explore a bit. Most people I know think I am crazy and kind of keep it to themselves, but I hear about people doing wild things all the time and they are the happier for it. So i figured i would join them. I love doing difficult things, and the people around you make all the difference, succesfull or not.

PHILOSOPHY

Do what you like, keep others in mind. Take care of the Planet. Do it right and be nice. There is always another way. And if at first you don't succeed try and try again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am relocating to Colorado and making the trip via a pickup truck. I would like to make the journey interesting and meet some cool people along the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Haven't really surfed that much, other than friends and relatives. Some funky smelling blankets and interesting breakfasts. And plenty of people crashing on my couch as a result of one too many the night before. All good stories for the breakfast table.

Interests

Anything amazing, I love extreme sports(Surfing, kitesurfing, snowboarding, skiing) and try everything to pursue them. At the same time anything someone really put their heart into and it shines through. Whether it be a building, painting or a dish at some off the wall restaurant. Or people at work, I love to see people do something well. Just walking through a city or town seeing how much there is to the world...

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies-Point break, Captain Ron, Aspen Extreme, Twilight and Harry Potter, anyhting- I love getting sucked in
Music- Country, top 40 to pep up and dance, alternative to change it up- Mumford and sons, Lumineers...
Books- mostly educational and business or how to, need to get into novels- read 5 chapters of Harry Potter during the power outage this week

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Catching a perfect wave- tucking low, water crashing over my head, making it through the break and that feeling that follows of riding a wave
Teaching my sister to wake board- sitting in the water getting stung by jelly fish, giving her the last minute tip before the boat pulls her and watching stand up and ride away for that first 100 feet.
Seeing a construction site or any place where hundreds or thousands of people are working, it blows my how so many people can be working on one thing and be doing so many different things all at the same time, and stay busy doing actual work. I could watch for hours in amazement.

Love learn anything, how things are done is amazing. Especially how to make something or how it works.
