I will briefly tell you how things are now and ask for help from foreigners who are not indifferent to the fate of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people.
After almost seven years of traveling and living abroad and in other regions, I returned to my hometown of Toretsk, in the South-East of Ukraine. I began to restore my apartment after a long absence. I lived in it for a year and a month and the woe of war fell down upon my country.
My city is located at the point of contact with the occupied territories, and already on February 24 at 5am we woke up to the sound of falling shells. A week later, when all ATMs were empty in the city, there was no water for two days and communication problems began - I made a decision take my mother to a calmer region. My mother had four rather complicated operations in the past, she has three hernias in her spine and problems with blood vessels.. now she feels satisfactory, can work and does not require any special care. we cannot live in refugee centers because of the aforementioned facts.
On March 2, we moved to Dnipro (a city in the central part of Ukraine), friends helped financially, we rented a room and tried to start everything from the beginning.

❗️❗️❗️Dear friends, and just not indifferent people!
As many of you already know, after the beginning of the war in Ukraine, I moved to Dnipro and became a volunteer in order to help people like me, people who have nothing left, people with destroyed houses, broken psyche and broken dreams.
At this period of time, I work in an organization that fully or partially cares for about five hundred internally displaced persons.
We provide housing for an indefinite period, because 90% of our wards no longer have their own housing. Also psychological and humanitarian assistance, food, we organize events and seminars, volunteer-animators are engaged in leisure activities for our children.Now in the center, which we are gradually rebuilding and repairing (the building of the former geological exploration institute was abandoned for about 10 years), more than 200 people live, about 70 of whom are children under 16 years old.In our care are disabled, cancer patients, people with chronic diseases, as well as more than 30 pets, which caring owners took with them from under the shelling of their native cities and towns.
The building does not have a centralized heating system at all.Despite the fact that thanks to ordinary caring people, showers, bathrooms and a kitchen have already been partially installed, now the main issue is the replacement of windows throughout the building and the purchase of electric wall convectors to heat the rooms in which people live (projects, calculations, estimates, and bills will be provided along with the documents of the organization on demand.)

The situation would have been better if at the beginning of our business we were simply not deceived.Local authorities, including the mayor and deputies of the administrative districts of the city council, allegedly out of good intentions, suggested that we not create our own charitable foundation, but become members of an already existing public organization.We were provided with the charter of the organization, minutes of meetings and part of the necessary documents, in connection with which part of the fund's obligations to the IDPs was transferred to the deputy-leader of that public organization.More than three months passed, there were a lot of conversations, but no one was engaged in solving the tasks set, in addition, after seeking advice from a lawyer, it turned out that in the official documents of the organization we were not at all.
It was decided to create our own charitable foundation and start all over again, after which we began to threaten to take away the building, and throw about 250 people to the street, to be honest - we gnawed the building with our teeth, part of the volunteer staff had nervous breakdowns, panic attacks, insomnia and such a colossal moral burden that you can not even imagine.In Dnipro there are already more than 300 thousand immigrants, and shelters are continue to close every day, and people simply have nowhere to go.

At the moment, the Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation Good on Amur" has all the necessary documents for applying for grants and receiving contributions to the balance of the fund to improve the living conditions of internally displaced persons, such as :

-extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations
- Statute
- Minutes of the meeting
-organization identification number
-bank accounts of the organization in three currencies
-Chairman of the Board of the organization
-lease agreement for premises for an indefinite period
-organization seal

I ask you to disseminate information about us as much as possible in the media, charitable organizations and foundations of your country or city, or share it with businessmen, private enterprises and just rich people.Call the funds, write petition letters, talk about us, organize a fundraiser yourself with our permission (we will provide all the necessary documents, bills and reports on the work done); and if you do not have time for this, just give contacts, who to call, who to write, who to ask for help and we will do it ourselves.
