Important points regarding stay requests:
*I have two houses for guests. One is inside Warsaw and the other one is outside of the city.
*hosting in the flat in Warsaw is always available. But for house outside of Warsaw the situation is a bit different:

Cottage house:
* It a beautiful cottage house near Warsaw (Modlin Airport).
* You'll have your own private sleeping room.
* Outside, there's a pristine forest where you can immerse yourself in nature's melodies of bird songs. Nature lovers are particularly welcome :)
* A playground for kids is available, so families with children are welcome.
* Smoking inside the house is prohibited; however, you're welcome to smoke outside.
* Transportation is straightforward. Regional trains from Warsaw to Modlin Airport run frequently, even during late or early hours. Afterward, I can pick you up from the train station by car. (If I happen to be in Warsaw with a car, I may even pick you up from there.)
* I don't accept individuals with no references or those who've never hosted before. (I can escape this part if I am convinced about the reasons.)
* Guests staying longer than 2 days are preferred; I'm not keen on one-night stands :D
* For female guests concerned about staying alone with a male host, I can arrange for one of my female friends to accompany us, ensuring everyone's comfort.
* Couchsurfing (CS) isn't intended as a dating platform for me. I use other apps specifically for dating, so rest assured. ;D
