PHILOSOPHY

When you do not treat yourself the way you want others to treat you, you can never change the way things are. Your actions are your powerful thoughts, so if you do not treat yourself with love and respect, your are emitting a signal that is saying you are not important enough, worthy enough or deserving. That signal will continue to be broadcast, and you will experience more situations of people not treating you well. In short LIVE, LOVE & LAUGH. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I guess I am a YES MAN, I will try to accomodate as much as I can, I dont drink or smoke nor coffee btw, fruit drink would be nice and will pamper you with little humor:-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

1st Couch Experience in Sweden and it was one of the best, as a lonely planet traveller myself I never regret joing this group. That 1st CS I had to participate in organizing a Barbecue Party with Magnus my host. More than 100+ CS from all over the world attended in Stockholm, Sweden and it was a blast. Not to mention writing their names tags each and every cs giving you the opportunity to meet face to face and get to know the person as an instant new friend.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It is a bit challenging accepting a project in Kabul, Afghanistan to travel from Kabul to Koast border of Pakistan for 7 hours rough drive and back next day, high altitude and slippery road cliffs. And taliban checkpoints. You never know if its your last days on earth. Most of my working life is in the Middle East and I miss having to speak in Arabic and the food is amazing.

I visited Damascus & Aleppo, Syria last 2010 twice before the isis conflict. It was a beautiful city and specially the people are hospitable and friendly. Hoping to get back there when the storm is calm and volunteer.

We learn the value of each and every character in a person regardless of race, gender or religion and cultural differences. We have different languages but the most silent of all understanding is the language of love however one express themselves. What I Can Share with Hosts

Cant host at the moment I am now living in San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles County USA. Will try to tour you around if Im not working and maybe go with you in some of the cs events posted in LA & arround California, USA.
