I spent an entire year travelling on a sabbatical in 2018 and it changed my perspective on life. There's so much to see and so many interesting people to meet that it's a waste to stay in one place.
I work in Seattle but try to travel for a few months every year.
Into running, backpacking, mountaineering, psychology, science and fitness.

Biked the Ha Giang Pass, a three day motorbike loop in Vietnam that runs through remote villages almost completely cut off from modern society
