About Me
Hello beautiful world! I'm planning a month's travel from Oslo to Corfu, up to Albania for a music festival on the coast, and then ideally to Turkey or Morocco for a stretch before returning to the US. I recently left my role as an Account Director for a brand strategy firm in NYC due to burnout and a desire to explore more. Not my first time taking a professional sabbatical to nomad for a bit.
One of my favorite hobbies is designing travel itineraries, which I usually get to personally test out. I also love Excel spreadsheet (nerd alert!)
I am a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) and I love to run, hike, bike, read, cook, EAT, explore, and talk to street dogs. I'm also VERY into music - I'm part of the global AnjunaFam and love to share my passion for Trance and House music with others.
**please note: for my own safety I am not comfortable accepting invites for stays with men who have no references. Thank you for understanding.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on a journey of learning how to better contribute to the communities I visit, fueled by my desire for perspective and adventure. I love to travel and see cities and communities from the eyes of the people who know those places the best. Nothing would make me happier than to land in a new city and immediately get that new perspective of the lifestyle.

Music, Movies, and Books
Song of Achilles, Daevabad trilogy, The Stormlight Archive, The Kingkiller Chronicles, Dublin Murder Squad series, Watership Down, and the Swiss Family Robinson.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived on a permaculture farm on Lake Atitlan last year for three weeks while earning my 200 hour yoga teacher training. Strangely, I have not taught yoga since leaving the training.
When I was in Puerto Rico in January 2019 I volunteered on an Earthship Build in Aguada, after visiting the Greater World Community in Taos, New Mexico. It was one of the most amazing things I've ever done. Who knew it would be so invigorating to sort trash in 90 degree weather? But I loved putting my strategic mind to work and watching the literal product of my efforts build up around me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am very computer savvy and really love working in Microsoft Excel (or Google Docs) and am happy to use or share these skills in any way that could be helpful.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My perspective, positive energy, and sense of adventure! Let's see your city / home from a beginner's mindset, or let's go somewhere you've always wanted to see but haven't had a reason to.
I'm happy to teach a Vinyasa style yoga class, help with dinner, walk your dog, or build you a fit-for-purpose playlist.
I can also get things down from the top shelf - I'm 6'3 ;)
