It's 2016, I'm 50 years old, I have a beautiful career, a beautiful house, a beautiful family, people are proud of me and I am proud of my status and ego. Everything seems perfect but I don't feel at home with myself. That lie collapses in 2017. My body which I hated until then shakes me violently awake and makes me clear it can't continue anymore. I am experiencing the greatest crisis of my life. Nothing makes sense anymore. I have no clue this is the packaging of the greatest gift I ever received.

I start listening to my body for the first time in my life. I meditate. I rest. I stop with the activity called "working". I put more and more energy in my spiritual growth trajectory. I discover worlds I didn't knew they existed. My awakening can't be stopped anymore and is going faster and faster. I start to realize I'm liberating myself of the fear to live.

Now I'm at the dawn of a next chapter where I am travelling around the world to dedicate myself fully to my journey of self-reflection and inner growth. This leads to a closer connection with my inner self, the others and nature. I am feeling that momentum and I seize this opportunity. I am also following a Kundalini Yoga Teacher training at this moment.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

As I am travelling around the globe without any fixed plan, I sometimes like to discover places with the eyes of a native person. Couchsurfing seems to me the ideal start. I like the exchange of ideas and culture when meeting new people. While Couchsurfing I don’t feel like a tourist but as a citizen of the country I’m in.
