Im Tyler. Travel is my first love. I still remember couchsurfing when it was a website with no membership fee. Now I'm more stationary these days as I finish up my graduate program. I have space to host folks if the vibe is right and, I'm looking to be hosted.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Go back to my roots of traveling where it was fun and not so costly. I'm officially protesting Airbnb and, I feel like they got rich from profiting off of what couchsurfing was doing for free while claiming their mission to connect travelers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm doing a PhD and although, I've done amazing things in my life so far this has been the most challenging. When I was a kid, all I wished was to leave my small town in Maryland and see the world. I'm really happy to say that I have achieved my childhood accomplishment.
