About Me

Currently Traveling in Asia

The last few years we traveled with Dávid to many places. We had two bigger trips. One was to South America it was 9 months, and the other was to Asia which lasted around 10 months.

On our way to become the first Hungarian couple to visit every country in the world! 🌍 65/197 🌍

🧍🏼‍♂️This is Dávid my boyfriend's account who is hosting with me:

🌍 I call myself a world citizen ⬇️

🚩Born in Venezuela 🇻🇪
🌿Lived in Syria 🇸🇾
🏠 Living in Hungary where I'm originally from 🇭🇺

From a Hungarian 🇭🇺 mom, Syrian 🇸🇾 dad 😄

I was born in Venezuela, Coro 🇻🇪 my family made shoes business there in the end of the 90's. At that time my dad was making a fortune from fixing leather shoes, because Venezuela was a rich country.
As the country begin to be more dangerous especially for white foreigners, we had to leave the country, and we moved to Hungary where I studied in elementary school.
My parents decided to live in Syria 🇸🇾 so we moved again, this time to Tartous, the coastal side of Syria. It was amazing, a big house on a hill with a nice view on the sea just a few kilometers away...until the war broke out. After that, my life ( my teenager years) consisted only about going to school then home, because my parents were afraid I can get kidnapped by the opposition party who was against the government in Syria. My city was with the government, and everyone was afraid of ISIS after they begin to occupy Syrian territories. We decided as a family that it's time to move back to Hungary. So we moved to the place I can call home: Budapest, Hungary 🇭🇺

Budapest is a vibrant city. It's people are hard workers during the week, party animals in the weekend. I myself love to drink, but mostly at home, not in bars. I live with my boyfriend who has a house with garden in the edge of Budapest. If you visit us, you can feel both city and countryside vibes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a platform to meet new and interesting people. We would be happy to share with you our travel stories from Asia, and South America، and of course Europe our home continent.
We are here on this platform to learn. We grow as we travel and meet new people. The most important thing is humanity. Without each other we can't live. We need to belong in to a community. Couchsurfing gave us more than that: it feels like having a family everywhere you go. Just like in families, good and bad things can happen, and we have to accept the experiences. It teaches us how to be more humble and tolerant...
