I'm a fairly active sort of guy, who really enjoys getting out and seeing new things. I'm more into adventure and outdoors than anything else, much preferring jungle and ocean to most other things.

I have a couple of boats and a 4 wheel drive, so I like to try to get away pretty often, most usually fishing, but I'm also into archery and kayaking, and lately I've become a bit obsessed with Rock climbing.

I live in Townsville, QLD in a high-set Queenslander house by myself, with a spare bedroom that doesn't really do anything at the moment. I thought it might be cool to meet/hangout with some similarly adventurous and active people.

My house has Wi-Fi and airconditioning, and both an office and spare room that people can use. I don't have another full bed, but, I do have a camp cot, and spare mattresses/bedding that 3-4 people can use (if people have their own bedding, then more guests are welcome to stay). The house is walking distance to the airport and a few kilometres from the city center.

I'm keen to see if I can meet some interesting people who're travelling around. Hopefully I can enrich their experience and they can enrich mine.

Travelled to Alaska to go on a remote dogsledding/camping/ice-fishing trip.
