ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm currently studying to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at California State University, Sacramento. I have 2 more monthss in my program.

I had a wonderful experience in Mexico a few summers ago, where I earned my yoga teaching certificate.In my free time, I like to read, enjoy coffee, lounge in the sun, and check out the local farmer's market. Ideally, I'd like my bedroom to be a hammock.

Listen to others; you will learn. Share your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. You'll be surprised how much you have in common with others. When you are talking to someone, really look them in the eyes and show that you care about what they are saying.We are all here, at this time. Let's enjoy it. Try to avoid just going through the motions. I want to feel and experience the good and the bad.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfing couches, and definitely offering you advice about the area. I can most likely go out for coffee or a meal with people and show you around town. Due to my study schedule I'm not available to offer my couch at the moment, unfortunately.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had lots of incredible, positive experiences. I was lucky enough to surf some couches in several western european cities, meet amazing people, and see great places I would have missed otherwise.

兴趣

I love to laugh and I have a fairly broad sense of humor. I enjoy mountain and road biking, downhill skiing, dancing, singing, photography, modern art, painting, and making good food with good people. I enjoy going to concerts, festivals, and fairs with fun, good-hearted, and spirited people.
I especially enjoy trying different types of cuisines-currently my favorite is anything Thai. The spicier, the better.

Currently, some of my favorite music artists are: Arctic Monkeys, the Beatles, Incubus, the Kooks, Michael Franti, Paolo Nutini, Red Hot Chili Peppers, EDM, hip hop, and indie rock. I'm always interested in discovering new music of most any genre, and I'll always love anything I can dance to.

Some films I enjoy are: Almost Famous, Chocolat, Pulp Fiction, and Crash.

I like Truman Capote, Chuck Palahniuk, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, and Chelsea Handler (for the light, comic relief)
