I grew up in eastern France near Besançon, a nice agricultural region and proud of its great cheese! Not being a farming family, I studied to become a farmer. Once I completed my studies at age 19, I enlisted in the French civil services and left 6 months in Haiti to support a school with disabled children. This experience gave me interest in international politics and entirely changed my life. Poverty does not let me unsensitive

Ive traveled around the world for 10 years and Now i'm back on the road again

Having very good experiences and memorable encounters sleeping with the locals. I consider myself like a backpacker. I mostly travel to meet different people, to exchange, especially trying to put myself in the local life and receive good advice . I slept in different home stay in Africa and this has been the best time of my trips !!! I also did some woofing in Argentina New Zealand and I loved it!

Hello, Je m’appelle Alexandre, je suis français, J’ai grandi dans l’Est de la France près de Besançon, une région très agricole et fier de ses grands fromages! N'étant pas d’une famille d’agriculteur, j’ai etudié pour devenir paysan. Une fois mes études terminées à 19 ans, je me suis engagé dans le service civique français et je suis parti 6 mois en Haiti en soutien dans un foyer pour enfants handicapés. Cette expérience m’a changé a tous jamais et ma grandement sensibilisé à la politique internationale. La pauvreté ne me laisse pas indiférent. Depuis je travaille dans la construction de route l’été en suisse pour financer mes voyages. Suite à toutes ces expérience, j'ai suivi une formation en aide humanitaire pour faire logisticien en septembre 2015.

je voyage a travers le monde depuis 8 ans.

Ayant eu de tres bonnes expériences et de mémorables rencontres en dormant chez l’habitant. Je me considère un peu comme un routard, les hotels ne m’intéressent pas vraiment, je voyage surtout pour rencontrer des gens différents, pour échanger, surtout essayer de me plonger au maximum dans la vie local,recevoir de bons conseil des locaux. J’ai souvent dormi chez l’habitant en Afrique et cela à été mes meilleurs moment de voyage!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all, I like the fact that there is no exchange of money. It creates a friendly relationship based on trust.

The meetings I have done on couch surfing are the most interesting, fun and valuable.

It's also a way to improve knowledge in the local language and learn about local culture

Living with locals allows me to fully appreciate the city and discover unusual sites.

Tout d'abord j'aime bien le fait qu'il n'y ai pas d'échange d'argent. Cela créer toute suite une relation amicale basé sur la confiance.

Ensuite parmi les rencontres que j'ai fait sur couchsurfing, ce sont les plus enrichissante et les plus amusantes.

C'est aussi une façon aussi de progresser dans la langue et d'en apprendre sur la culture locale

Vivre avec les locaux me permet d'apprécier à fond la ville que je visite en découvrant des sites inusités.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ive celebrated the holi festival in india. The color festival, its a day where everybody throws a bunch of color on everybody, the purpose of this festival is to be the most colorful as possible! Every adventure I had are appreciated for ever in all the people I met and those who has touched me along the way.
