I was born and raised in Alaska. I am fascinated by cities as they are foreign to me and fascinated by remote places because they are familiar to me and often I find like minded people everywhere. I read a lot and then experience the things I am fascinated by.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am currently couchsurfing with a friend in California where I have been to the redwoods and helping my friend renovate a house. My couchsurfing has always been with people I already knew and I enjoy helping them with chores or projects because sometimes you just need someone new to tell you that what you want to do is totally possible and they will help you finish it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just saw redwood trees so big I can't believe it. I walked through Central Park at 1am. I accidentally caught our sauna on fire when I was 20. I mushed dogs under northern lights.
