About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Change the world! I'm travelling, meeting new people, learning about different cultures and try to change the world as much as I can

ABOUT ME

I'm from Barcelona, Spain. Travelling is my #1 hobby and life´s obsession. From very early on I have spent a large part of my life planning summer trips with my friends. Sometimes I have crazy plans but at the end we always had good times. I went by myself to the north of Sweden when I was just 15 and I made a lot of friends there that I visit even nowadays. A few years later I made an Interrail trip around Europe with two friends that I hadn´t seen since elementary school, we had no plans and we visited around 10 countries in 20 days. All of us think that that experience changed our lives. I'm always laughing and fun to be around as I make everyone else around laugh as well (whether it be intentional or unintentional). I have a very open and positive outlook on life and like to pass on my optimism to other people.

I did an exchange year abroad in Santiago de Chile on 2012, studying Economics and trying to live and experience the great culture of Latin America to the fullest. I'm lived with two chileans that are constant hosts to couchsurfers, and we meet a lot of nice and interesting people, the reason why I joined this great community!

Right now I'm trying to build my own business on education, helping kids understand whatever they don't on the school, trying to encourage them to deal with their own problems, giving them the chance to think about the world we live in and the people we share with, and make them love knowlage.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started to have contact with the community during my exchange in Chile, my roomates used to host couchsurfers and do activities with them, trekkings, parties, tours. I meet some nice people and I decided to join the website.

Interests

I love travelling and I'm always trying to encourage people to join me in my adventures. I like a lot of diferents kinds of music and I'm openminded to discover new styles. Related to this, I love partying, enjoying a beer with friends and meeting new people. I use to spend my free chilling time reading about different subjects, I have always a good book to recommend. By the way I'm a procrastinator, always having a good reason to loose myself in the most time consuming, incredible tasks.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is poetry, I like whatever is said from heart but with brain.

Books, books, books, I love reading! I started reading very young and I still keep this hobby although I have no much time right now. I used to read fantastic novels from different autors as Terry Pratchett, Samuel Sanderson, Andrzej Sapkowski, also the known J.K.Rowling, Tolkien, George R.R. Martin. I also like to read other kind of novels as those from Don Wislow and other technical handbooks as the one I'm reading now "The capital on the twenty-first century" from Thomas Piketty.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my short life I experienced a lot of great and awesome moments. I saw the midnight sun, I've been below -20ºc during the shortest day of the year, I got lost in the biggest forest in Europe and get rescued by a boat, I've been in an Ice Hotel, I slept in the street having nowhere to go during one trip, I've been in the dryest desert, the highest city, the biggest lake and the most far away place in the world... But the most awesome things aren't those that I´ve seen already but those that I will see in the future.
