I love to go on adventures!! I try to take every opportunity I get the chance to experience I am absolutely in love with rock climbing. Been going at it right about 3 years now! I dabble in chill mountain biking, 2 inch low line slacklining, fire hooping. I have been doing massage for nearly 9 years and been teaching yoga for about 3 now. I am finally in a place in my life where I have the freedom to go explore more of the earth and consequently meet so many more amazing people! Super stoked about that! I hope to bring joy and inspiration to all those I encounter.

I can teach you yoga, take you climbing, set up my slackline and teach you the basics! I also can explain a good bit about anatomy and how massage works! I could teach you some basic piano and would love to learn more guitar! I would love to learn more about plants, in particular more detail about ecosystems ect. as well as foraging. I am interested learning more about healthy cooking and in astronomy and quantum physics.
