About Me

I am a trustworthy, honest and open minded person that loves to experience and try out new things. In my free time I look for any chance to be in nature. On top of it I love animals and also have a black sheperd dog called "Yukon".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing because I like to meet new people from different cultures. I like to travel and already have met met amaying people through couchsurfing. I want to offer my cute home as well and open my door to other people. While being in my town they should feel like being at home.

Interests

I love to travel! Exploring new places is one of biggest hobbies. As often as I can jump in the car with my dog and drive away to some new places for a few days. Walking around, trying out new food and meeting local people is what I could do 24/7. I enjoy making new experiences and learning new things from other people.

Of course how can I live without doing sports? ;)....being on a board is another passion of mine, whether it is going kitesurfing or wakeboarding in summer or snowboarding in winter. Apart from that I enjoy reading and doing yoga.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Work experience at a husky farm in the Arctic (Northern Finland)..gosh I ll never forget that. Visiting my brother up north and helping out at a husky farm with over 200 siberian huskies I think physically I have never worked that hard in my life. 15 hours days and temperatures as low as -40 degrees. But the experience riding on a sleigh pulled by 8 huskies through nature not hearing anything except the breathing of the dogs is a unique experience.

Another thing I won t forget was my crazy backpacking tour through Sri Lanka and Malaysia. I ll tell u the stories...... :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am doing a "creativity course" at the moment in order to improve my writing skills.

What I Can Share with Hosts
