About Me

I've been living in Puerto Vallarta for the past 4 years and I'm glad to call this paradise my home.

I'm the mother of my 4 legged child Chiro, my dog, who lives with me and she will try her very best to get a snack from you (Don't worry, I'll provide you with her favorite snacks)

I work most of the time but I manage to hang out and spend time with my surfers. I love hearing about your lives and sharing what I can.

I can provide you with my personal recommendations of my favorite beaches, hikes, and activities and if I hav the time, I'll join you.

Every Thursday I teach Spanish and I have a community of mostly Canadians and American people where I talk about art, culture, and the Spanish language. I'm also a radio host at a local radio station, music is a passion of mine, and I'm also part of the PV choir so lots of times I'm at rehearsals or concerts.

Something that you should know about me is I'm an intense passionate person and simultaneously I'm calm and serious. It's a balance I've been working for years on.

Life is short, I'm making the best of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been in this community for years and I've met wonderful and inspiring people all along, some of them have become soul brothers and sisters.

Interests

I'm a radio host at the Universidad de Guadalajara radio station, I'm a soprano in the local choir.

Storytelling is also another passion of mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I preferred to go backpacking (Washington DC and Virginia) at the age of 15, than to go to my graduation. I regret nothing.

I jumped off the highest bungee in Mexico and didn't die.

I skied in the WIDOW MAKER mountain in Park City, Utah and didn't break a bone.

I backpacked all Central America. It was one of a lifetime experience!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Really bad jokes , some perreo (dancing moves) and documentaries.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
