About Me

Travelling is what I enjoy the most. I usually drive down to the places I want to visit in my Mustang GT 5.0 convertible with my camping gear, find campgrounds and keep moving from one place to another.

I like to travel in a company of two and love long drives. I can push and cover over 1k miles over a weekend just to camp out in a place I know I am going to love. I enjoy my OCD about organizing and keeping everything spotless, despite of the numerous falls in ditches in my travels. Wunderlist makes it so fruitless.

Hoping to share my experiences through my own blog. Working on creating content for the blog, shooting for getting it going by end of this year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This age is about sharing experiences, meeting fellow friends and
viajeros and making it easier for everyone to experience the joy of travelling. Hotels are obnoxious and not a good deal for viajeros. Let me help you travel better and share the love. Camp, camp, camp and be close to mother nature!

Interests

Camping & Backpacking is my favorite.
Secluded remote areas far away into the woods.
Long drives to get to the destination.
National Parks and beaches.
Music Festivals.
Experience city culture. e.g. (Seattle: Pike Place Market, Chicago: Speak Easy Bars, etc.)
Food (Vegetarian) {I will not encourage animal cruelty nor support growth of a life to eventually eat it}

Music, Movies, and Books

You will get to know all about my music likes by simply going to youtube.com search for Kit Dhandhania.

For now, there are two songs that is stuck in my head:
1. Childish Gambino Covering Tamia - I'm so into you {Many thanks to a friend who just introduced this song to me}

My playlist is growing at an alarming rate. You tube red is what I use. Have used soundcloud, spotify. I support sound cloud but need my Youtube Red. I am a heavy chill house/edm listener and it sounds great on my B&W CM-10S2 wall speakers which you can enjoy too if you are staying over at my place.

Movies:
If not a travel blogger, I would want to be a director some day and direct some mega classics like Shaw-shank redemption, Into The Wild, Dead Poets Society, Mr. Brooks, Talented Mr. Ripley, Pan's Labrynth, so many more. I'm a movie buff.

Book: If you like to travel either your journal or that book will be your friend for many days. I like short stories a lot. I have written some on my own. Oliver Twist, Donn Quixote, it brings me back to my childhood. Have yet not invested in a Kindle yet but given away few to my friends and Dad. Not a kindle reader.

Podcasts: I love history. Dan Carlin or the simple podcast history, many many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Dipped my legs in the water which separates USA from Mexico at the Big Bend National Park, in West Texas.
