ABOUT ME

I love to meet new people, help out with chores, cook, and clean. I am quiet, I love to read comics and nonfiction, I produce various forms of art (animation, painting, drawing, music). If you'll sit for a few minutes will draw or paint your portrait with pleasure.
I exercise every day and eat as healthy as possible. I also spend as much time with animals as I can.

PHILOSOPHY

Boredom is worse than death.

I am new to this organization but I have a lot of experience traveling, hosting, and staying with new friends.

I have stayed with all types of people. Learning about how various people live has truly enriched my life with invaluable experiences. I will never turn my back, I am a host and couch-surfer for life!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me attending graduate school was a great accomplishment because I dropped out of school at a very early age and struggled with literacy my entire life. I had always felt doomed to be an underachiever and I truly never expected to do so well in school. I realized that with focus and dedication, I could accomplish whatever I wanted. I want to spread this hope to others.

Teach, Learn, Share

Regarding teaching
I have a formal education in Visual Fine Arts and I have enjoyed teaching drawing, painting, and book binding to adults and children.
I am also great with animals, teaching tricks and helping to fix behavior problems.

Regarding learning
Right now I am learning Spanish and Japanese, I want to expand on my basic knowledge of these languages and learn more about the cultures that created them. However, I want to learn about as many languages as possible, I don't discriminate.
Also I'd love to learn more about cooking vegetarian foods.
