About Me

I'm an easy-going guy with a deep wish to travel and see the world and meet it's people, the more the better.
I have an open mind and strive to respect everybody even if I don't fully understand someone.
I'm used to being a bit solitary and as such I might be a bit quiet at first, but once I get past that stage I might talk your ears off.

PHILOSOPHY

I work to stay alive, I travel to be alive.
Not all who wander are lost.

Interests

It is my wish to see as much of our planet as I possibly can, and right now that is my biggest desire.
When I'm not daydreaming about traveling I like to watch movies, play videogames, listen to music (mainly heavy metal, but I also like country, jazz, old rock and roll and folk) and I love reading books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking in Sweden. It got me hooked on this mode of travel. The awesome generosity of some of the people I have met was amazing. It was a truely fantastic experience and one I wish to continue.

Sleeping outdoors under a self-built shelter made from a poncho in Belgium during a thunderstorm.
I loved watching the lightning illuminating the valley I was staying in, even though I didnt get a wink of sleep!

Partaking in outdoor activities in France. Rafting on a wild river, rock-climbing, and hiking in the French Pyrenees surely got my blood pumping!

Doing my very first skydive as a solo jump in Canada!

Hitchhiked across Canada from east to west, then the U.S from north to south. Best time of my life.
