ABOUT ME

I am living the most time alone since my husband died (now 9 years ago). I have many friends all over the world and that makes me very happy.
I am working as a free journalist, writing books about cooking (with potatoes or with asparagus for example). I am working also with reiki and with holistic massage. I am a trainer for brain gym and I am working with Ikebana. I like to sit together with friends, have a nice dinner, have some good wine and good discussion. I like to go to the beach here on my island hear the water and the birds. I like to cook for my friends too.

PHILOSOPHY

I know, that I know nothing, I am learning, to be happy, to love myselves and to love other people around me.

Music I love reachs from classic like Beethoven or Bruch to Talking Heads, Rolling Stones, Robbie Williams, The Who, Eric Clapton, Tom Waits, Green Day and so on. I like old jazz too. I like to read, love Hesse, Rilke, Borchert, Tolstoi, Wilder, Shaw and Oliver Sacks and Yalom, Saki Santorelli, Jon Kabat-Zinn and so on.
