ABOUT ME

I'm an English Teacher in Taiwan, exploring the world for the time being, I'm easygoing and I love to experience unique and unusual things.

PHILOSOPHY

Personal philosophy isn't really something that can be condensed into a paragraph but I'll try.
I think most things are beautiful, even the ugly things. I want to learn about people, in all their infinite variation. There are a billion ways of being people all over the world. My list of things to do is longer than the time I have.
The world is impossibly exciting.

兴趣

I love things I've never done before, cooking, reading, writing, hiking, rafting, surfing, hanging out, dancing and anything extraordinary.
I will eat anything I've never tried before, try my hand at most anything that won't kill me and attempt to learn anything that catches my interest.
I get lost a lot. The things I find then are sometimes the best things.

I love indie music and all of the books, though Haruki Murikami, Michael Chabon, Barbara Kingsolver and Connie Willis are my favorites.

I've gone bungee jumping, traveled with a monk, scuba dived and met some of the most amazing people in the world!

I am a dabbler; I know a bit about everything and am an expert in nothing. I know archaeology, martial arts, literature, how to make deserts, how to change a tire, anthropology, film photography and how to fix a surfboard
