ABOUT ME

Ben Holden....semi-retired with two small dogs.We are both avid readers with wide range of interests. Betty is not mobile and no longer travels; has a positive a loving attitude in spite of impairments.
We've been here 5+ years - came to simplify our lives and work in an active environment on a part time basis.
Am a Vietnam Vet.
Most of my business life was in Real Estate and related fields.

PHILOSOPHY

Endeavor to keep life simple, basic, one day at a time.
Learn to live with less. Keep communication positive and if possible, memorable. I have been an active community volunteer for the past 25 years. We like orderly but somewhat unstructured environment.

Travel throughout China 1978-1985. Betty was a leader of Women in Commercial Real Estate in So-Cal.

Teach, Learn, Share

At one time was professional speaker and am still involved in Toastmasters International. I've taught a number of speech workshops.
Since my interests are eclectic am willing to converse on most any topic. I believe we are in a new age of enlightenment.
