I was born in Paris and grew up there but decided to move in the Alpes 15 years ago. What I enjoy a lot is being on the tops of the summits, hiking, skiing or biking in this wonderful landscape.
During my vacation I like to travel, mostly in Europe but I've been in NYC and in New Caledonia and have numerous projects all around the world.
I like to meet people and learn about stuff I don't know, new cultures and countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hesitated a lot because I'm rather a shy guy but to me this is a great way to meet people and a very good manner to travel not only as a tourist. Then I want to be given and to give.

Music, Movies, and Books

I actually read a lot, dozens of books per year from different countries. For some years I've mostly read crime fiction books from Italy, US, Norway, Sweden, Icelans, South Africa....). That way I learn about these countries. I read other kind of books as well but a lot of novels.
If I had to say just a few movies I pretty like, I'd say the Sergio Leone ones, Star Wars (IV, V, VI, VII and I try to forget I, II, III) and Kurosawa Akira.
Music... A french band Noir Désir which was my best-companion-for-a-difficult-teenager. The rock'n roll english bands from the 60's and 70's, and I like balkanic gypsie-kind music...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was not a crazy thing but I flew above the lagoon in New Caledonia and the famous heart and it is a great memory.
