To help people learn how to use the power of their mind and body to feel good everyday. I really like seeing others happy and content.

ABOUT ME

I enjoy sports just doing activities outdoors. From going to art shows to playing frisbee. I like to meet new people, listen to music and dance. I appreciate learning about others.
Also, after having focused the last four years more on myself, I have learned ways to be content and have great healthy relationships. I am doing more educating with others on how to live a life filled with long lasting healthy relationships, discovering ones path of enjoyment and learn how to heal past and present stressors that were and are not adapted to/

PHILOSOPHY

Treat everyone with respect and kindness because it feels really good to do so. In looking to help others feel good in their life has brought me lots of happiness and fulfillment. I have come across so many ways to know how to master my mind to feel good everyday, I want others to know as well and feel good, as well.

didn't get to hang out too much, but he was a gracious visitor and
respected my home like it was his own. He was clean and neat and my dogs
loved him. I would recommend him to anyone that was considering hosting

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am just starting this experience of coach surfing with people I have just met and I have stayed with friends and friends of friends which I have appreciated and have had life enhancing experiences in doing so.
