About Me

CURRENT MISSION

create havoc for the poor bloke who has to give my eulogy

ABOUT ME

I hate this bit, your better off asking someone else! but for the sake of participation -

I am a casual easy going bloke from Australia. I grew up on the family farm, moved to the city to study, but still consider myself mostly a country lad!

Now I am training to be an Emergency Doctor. When I am not at work I am usually training for Ironman Triathlons.

PHILOSOPHY

We have two ears and one mouth. Perhaps we should use them in this ratio ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Whole heartedly. I surfed in europe for a month and am keen to meet others whilst they explore down under!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a great time surfing some of the couches of Europe for a few weeks and look to do it some more soon....

Interests

Shiny things grab my attention(sorry, inside joke). I enjoy my job, love surfing, playing sports (hockey, water polo, triathlon, cycling). I have recently taken to photography.

An easy CHOCOLATE CAKE recipe:

Ingredients
1 cup flour,
1 cup sugar,
1/3 cup cocoa,
2 eggs,
3/4 cup butter (melt first),
3/4 cup water.

Instructions
1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees celcius
2. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients
3. Add the wet ingredients, mix
4. Put in oven dish and into oven for 25min, check very 3min after 22min with a skewer
5. DO not overcook it, take it out when the mixture that sticks your skewer is dryish, not when nothing sticks to it.
