ABOUT ME

After living in London for over five years, I spent three months in Cape Town, South Africa, before travelling to various countries and cities around the world during 10 months. I have been back "home" for about 3 years, always looking forward to my next adventure. The idea of travelling around the world and meeting people from different cultures is extremely appealing to me and it's one of the things that make life so interesting. While I haven't travelled to a lot of places so far, I am always eager to discover new countries and cities.

Passionate about music and writing, I love sharing my discoveries and favourite independent artists with fellow music lovers and like-minded people, whether it is through my weekly online radio show, social networks, or preferably during gigs.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is all about sharing experiences, emotions, and thoughts with people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the moment, I am mainly interested in meeting people for a coffee/drink. I can't host anyone right now, unfortunately, but as soon as I get my own place again I'll definitely be up for it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never experienced it but I look forward to trying, as I find the concept very interesting and enriching.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Music: more and more varied but mainly soul, jazz, hip-hop, a bit of electro, African and Caribbean music, and folk.

Movies: I am currently on a mission to catch up on all the films I missed and that I should have watched. Apart from horror films or cheesy rom coms, I'm quite open in terms of genres.

Books: I'm interested in contemporary fiction, from Europe, America, Africa or Asia. Once again, my tastes are quite varied and eclectic, but I do have a preference for anything related to travel and/or history.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

There is something quite special about being on top of Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, and admiring the breathtaking view on a clear day. I went there twice and those were some of my best travel experiences.
