About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My body may be here, but my mind is always on the road!

ABOUT ME

Moved to DC and can't host! Wish I could though!

PHILOSOPHY

The minute I write it down, it will change.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed/hosted in Africa, Europe, Asia and the US.
When living in Mali, I would meet a lot of couch surfers. I met anywhere from 1-2 new CS each week through my friends and on here. CouchSurfing is a great concept! I would love to grab some drinks with anyone passing through my area.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been on CS for a long time now and I have met some great people from all over the world. CouchSurfing is one of the best educations in people that I've ever had. It's pretty amazing. I have been lucky enough to see such kindness and hospitality. I only hope that I can give the same to others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I could name a lot of things about living in West Africa. I guess going to the Archipelago dos Bijagos in Guinea-Bissau was one of the most amazing, watching salt water hippos play and walking one island at night while thousands of sea turtles came to nest. Also, Dogon country in Mali. Each time I go there, I come back seeing a little differently. Really, I just love it all, happy to share.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would be happy to share anything about my travels. I am also an English teacher and would love to help people with their English as I travel. Really, I just enjoy people who love living life to the fullest and are true to themselves.
