ABOUT ME

nomadic, passionate about creating a healthy planet. I love improvisational music and singing and dancing, cooking, watching movies, star gazing, laughing at everything

I have been on the move since i was 19...

I have lived in WA state, santa cruz, ca, north carolina, arizona, Guatemala, and the big island of hawaii; In each place discovering magic of nature and community.

My interests include: Herbalism, permaculture, and natural building (cob, strawbale).

I meditate to balance myself and to expand my consciousness.

I am vegan-paleo (grain free), but respect all ways of eating and never judge anyone's preferences...
I am tobacco/alcohol free though find other plant medicines to be divine communications from God/the universe.

I consider myself very progressive...have hitchhiked alone several times, lived off-grid

I went to school in san francisco for a year of sound healing workshops and am certified in this healing art. I love making music and holding toning/harmonizing/drum circles.
