About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy Life

ABOUT ME

I have been an audio and lighting technician all my life. I have toured for 5 years living out of a duffel bag and wandering all around the country. I consider myself pretty laid back, friendly, and enjoy making people smile. I am now living back on Cape Cod teaching theater at a local college.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to be happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm back on Cape and am willing to hang out with surfers and show anyone around! I'd like to start a regular event on Cape like I used to go to when I lived in NYC.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't ever actually surfed/hosted, but have been to meet ups and have met some really amazing people!

Interests

Traveling, music (drummer, guilty as charged!), longboarding, reading, working, theater, meeting new people, and anything that strikes my fancy at the moment.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all types of music, don't like scary/creepy/horror movies, and like to read whatever interests me at the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Our tour ended early a few years ago after a canceled show in Arizona. I was supposed to meet some friends in Austin, TX several days later to see Flogging Molly's at Stubbs, but the company sent me to Austin 4 days early with no housing situation. I hosteled the first night, then met a group of street musicians (That Damned Band) who also tours with one of the only remaining traveling freak shows (999 Eyes). They were not touring at the time and had their tour bus (an old bread truck with a 2x4 futon frame built into the the back) sitting idly by in their back yard. They invited me to stay there for 3 nights until my friends got into the city. The show (and overall experience) was so much fun!!
