About Me

I am 24 years old and I am from California, specifically the Bay Area. I graduated from university in June 2017 and thought I was going to Law school, but a professor convinced me that life cannot be experienced through making money. So I dropped all my previous aspirations and decided to volunteer abroad in Thailand for two years. Fast-forward to now, I have a new outlook on life after living abroad and I’m looking forward to all the challenges and experiences life is gonna throw at me. Looking forward to meeting as many people as possible on my travels and making memories along the way.

New to Couchsurfing and would love to meet up with anyone willing to talk about their experiences, host me and show me their culture, or even just go out and party together 😁

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Living in Thailand, I found that meeting locals that live in the city I am traveling in is much more worthwhile and fun because they know what there is to know about the city. Also, I get to experience their city through their eyes and hopefully we make a lifelong friendship along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most music and I love to dance! The top genre I listen to is Indie Rock, Pop, Latin/Reggaeton and R&B/Rap. I am a sucker for a great movie. Top of my list right now is Intersteller, The curious life of Benjamin Button, and Mulan (of course). The last book that I read was Call me by your name and Find Me (the sequel), my current read is The Alchemist. Always love good book recommendations!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been living in Thailand for about two years fully immersing myself in the language, culture, and lifestyle of the local people in my community.
Skydiving in Santa Barbara
Roamed the streets of Barcelona from 10pm-7am and had to run across the highway with my brother(it's a story)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the Thai language, how to make papaya salad, California Slang, and interesting dance moves.

I am willing to learn about your life and culture, new recipes, languages, and new lifestyles.

I can share my outgoing personality, stories, laughs, and my mediocre cooking and baking skills.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share my experiences living abroad and traveling with stories as well as share different recipes that I have learned! I would also love to share meaningful conversations, laughs, and experiences that will last a lifetime.
