About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Moving to NYC!

ABOUT ME

While still in university in Texas I lived, studied and worked in Italy for four months and Denmark for a year. Once I finished school I moved to Austria. I am enjoying travelling and meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

Life's a garden - dig it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far my only personal experience with couchSurfing has been while living in Copenhagen my flatmate hosted several people in our apartment. I had the opportunity to meet and hang out with some really cool people from all across the world - it was a great experience!

Interests

Currently I am learning Czech (it's a slow process) and always trying to improve my skills as an architect.

I love sport and competition - I played baseball for thirteen years, learning to cook (and eat) new delicious things - and I am interested in the future.

Music, Movies, and Books

For movies I have recently gone on binges watching nearly all of David Lynch and Kubrick's movies. Also have recently watched a host of good late 80's and 90's movies like Blood simple, Lonestar and the Evil Dead series.

I love all kinds and love finding new music but also will always have a soft spot for blues, folk and Texas country.

Books I have just finished reading are Cormac McCarthy's The Road, The first of the Dune series (I want to read more of them), The Value of Nothing, The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov and Travels with Charlie by John Steinbeck. Books I currently want to read are all works by Philip K Dick.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
