I am a 29-year-old youth worker with Albanian origins and nationality, but I have lived in Italy for 12 years and am currently in Sweden volunteering with European Solidarity Corps. I am a very curious person and passionate about almost everything. I read a lot and learn very fast.

My dream is to write and manage mobility projects. Currently I have just finished writing my first two Erasmus+ projects and I am very happy to have reached this milestone. I am a board member of ARCAS Puglia APS and responsible for European planning and activities. ARCAS Puglia is a social promotion association operating in the province of Taranto, Italy.

I also work with Synchro Foundation, a Netherlands-based organization that focuses on education and mobilities. I am responsible for social media and website management and provide support in project writing and implementation.

I have participated in eleven Erasmus+ projects so far, on various topics ranging from financial literature to waste management, from mental health to rural entrepreneurship.

My main interests are politics, economics and astronomy. I am a human rights activist.

My favorite hobbies are cooking, hiking and DJing. I love wine, reading and the sea. I hope to meet you soon! 😊

I joined Couchsurfing because I am a born traveler with a strong desire to explore the world and its different cultures. I am fascinated by the idea of connecting with interesting people and fully experiencing the free spirit of the traveler.

Currently, I am looking to travel and hope to host soon. Although my current commitment to volunteer work limits my space to host, I am looking for a way to share my home with other travelers.

Couchsurfing offers me the unique opportunity to meet new people and save on lodging costs, which is crucial for me since, as a volunteer, I have a limited travel budget.

Finally, I have been inspired by the positive stories of my friends who have used Couchsurfing. Their experiences motivated me to join this community and create my own travel stories. 😊

I have done several amazing things that I am proud of. I could tell about the Flight of the Angel. The Flight of the Angel is a tourist attraction located in Basilicata, Italy, which consists of flying on a steel cable suspended between the peaks of two villages, Castelmezzano and Pietrapertosa, above the Lucanian Dolomites.
It offers the possibility of flying on two different lines, with an altitude difference of 118 and 130 meters, respectively. The maximum height reached during the flight is 450 meters, while the speed reaches 120 kilometers per hour.

But most of all, I've went through enormous struggles and my life is a movie. A great movie actually I'm proud of.

Teaching: With my extensive experience in Erasmus+ projects and volunteering, I can share my knowledge about non-formal education and the different opportunities that Erasmus+ offers not only for young people. In addition, I have skills in graphic design, video editing, Excel, and AI automations that I would be happy to teach.

Learn: I am a very curious person and passionate about learning. I am always open to learning new things, whether it is a new recipe, language, skill or a unique perspective on life.

Share: I love to share my travel stories, life experiences and passions. I am also actively involved in issues such as racism, discrimination and sexism. I hope to share these experiences and passions with others on Couchsurfing.

Sharing Stories and Experiences: I have been fortunate enough to participate in eleven Erasmus+ projects throughout Europe and have gathered a multitude of stories and experiences to share.

Cooking: I love to cook and would be happy to prepare an Italian or Albanian meal for my hosts or, if they prefer, I can teach them how to prepare one of my favorite dishes.

Digital skills: I have skills in visual graphics, video editing, Excel and AI automations. If my hosts are interested, I can share these skills with them or help them if I can in their tasks.

Music: Being an amateur DJ, I can provide an evening of good music or, if they are interested, I can teach them some tricks of the trade.

Cleanliness: I respect my hosts' space and strive to keep it clean and tidy during my stay.

Respect: I respect my hosts' house rules and strive to be a respectful and considerate guest.
